Refund Policy for Digital Products (Neathue)
All products provided by Neathue are digital video assets delivered instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, all sales are final once access to the files has been provided.
Product Issues & Support
If a product does not work as advertised, please contact us at info@neathue.com with:
- your order number,
- the product name,
- a description of the issue you are experiencing.
Our support team will do their best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to find a solution, a full refund will be issued.
Instant Access & EU Digital Content Regulations
By completing a purchase and downloading or accessing our digital products, you expressly acknowledge that:
- the product is delivered immediately, and
- you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content supplied instantly with prior consent, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU.
This waiver applies to all Neathue digital products.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
- you are unable to download due to local connectivity issues,
- your hardware, software, or workflow is incompatible (unless contradicting our advertised compatibility).
Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
